Access & downloads

How to get AEP programs and what you can do with them.

Free access

AEP Performance 01 is free. There is no payment, no account and no trial. Enter your email on the program page and your access page opens straight away. We send you occasional AEP updates only if you tick the box for them; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your access page

The access page is a private link. From there you can download the training guide (screen and print editions) and open the tracker. Bookmark it: it is your way back to the program and its updates.

The tracker

The tracker is a web app that runs in your browser. Your profile and training logs are stored only on your device; nothing is sent to AEP. Use the tracker's Data tab to export a backup. On iPhone, the app added to the Home Screen keeps its data separately from Safari, so always open it the same way.

Updates

The program may be revised. The version number is printed on every page of the guide and in the tracker.

Personal use and sharing

You may use the program for your own training and share the program page with anyone. Please don't sell, repackage or republish the files.
