Terms of use

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms govern the use of this website and of the free AEP programs. By using the site or the programs you accept them.

Who we are

AEP is run by Alex Belsito. Contact: hello@aepcalisthenics.com.

Use of the programs

AEP programs are free. You may use them for your own training and share the program page. See Access & downloads. The programs are intended for adults; if you are under 18, use them only with the agreement of a parent or guardian and the advice of a qualified coach.

Health and safety

Training involves risk of injury. Consult a doctor before starting any training program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury or pain. The programs are general training information, not medical advice, diagnosis or individual coaching. You are responsible for training within your abilities, using safe equipment and stopping if you feel pain, dizziness or loss of control.

Liability

The website and the programs are provided free of charge and “as is”, as general training information. You decide whether, how and how hard to train, and you are responsible for following the safety guidance and adapting the program to your condition. AEP is not responsible for consequences arising from a use of the programs that ignores that guidance, from exercises performed incorrectly, or from equipment that is unsafe. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by AEP's fault, or for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and nothing limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual property

The AEP name and logo, the programs, texts, tables, graphics and software are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You receive a free, personal, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own training. You may not sell, sublicense, republish or repackage them, in whole or in part, without written permission.

Changes

We may update the programs, the website and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
