What we collect
Email address and whether you agreed to receive updates, when you request a program or join the list. Your messages, if you write to us by email. The tracker stores your training data only on your device; it is never sent to us. The site does not use analytics or tracking tools.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Giving you access to the program you requested — necessary to provide the service you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Sending you occasional AEP updates, only if you tick the box — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email or writing to the address above.
- Replying to your messages — our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Keeping the site secure and working — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Do you have to give us your email?
Your email is needed to give you access to the free program: without it, we can't give you access. Ticking the box for updates is entirely optional and doesn't affect your access. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
Technical data
Like any website, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. We don't use this data to identify you.
Who processes the data
Only service providers we need to run the site: the hosting provider (Cloudflare) and Google, where the sign-up list is stored (Google Sheets). They act as data processors under our instructions. Some of them may process data outside the EU; in that case transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
How long we keep it
Email addresses: until you ask us to delete them, or until you unsubscribe from updates if you no longer use the program. Emails you send us: up to 24 months after the conversation ends. Technical logs: for the short period set by our hosting provider.
Age
The site and the programs are not directed at children. If you are under 14, please don't submit your email.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format, by writing to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
